Things Mexican do.

In this blog I am going to talk a little bit about habits that are commonly performed in Mexico.

1.-     Never arrive at the appointed time.

I remember that whenever someone invites us to a party they usually give an approximate time because they don't want you to arrive exactly at that time, in reality they want you to be there two or more hours late when the party is already at its peak and you can enjoy the party and have a good drink.

2.-     We put chili in everything

I know it sounds a little cliché but it is very common, in anything you can see that we put salsa, rajas, chiles or other variations on food, whether in our famous tacos, cakes, broths, meat, snacks, tamales, etc.. I would not finish listing them since in general it is one of the most normal complements in our gastronomy.
